Insurance guaranteed timely filing would be waived. Received claim denial for timely filing. Contacted insurance about denial – could find no record of original call requesting claim submission. Called insurance’s international department about denial. They provided information that member’s policy had zero timely filing limitations and claim would be reprocessed for payment.
